Club check ride periods run from Feb 1 to April 30 and Aug 1 to Oct 31. You can see your status in ScheduleMaster - click on USER then go to your name. 

Fill out all parts of the card and CORRECT expiration dates for Medical and BFR, they normally expire at the END of the anniversary month. A valid BFR. requires a logbook endorsement or Wings certificate [note that the club check ride is NOT a BFR. Also, a BFR is not a club check ride unless the instructor has completed a club check ride card] Send completed club check ride cards to the Membership Officer through the PO Box. 

However, if your check ride card is being sent in after the April or October membership meetings contact the Membership Officer Membership Officer for special handling. The same is true for new Medical Certificates or BFRs if you're near an expiration date.

Change in your address, phone, e-mail - change your data in ScheduleMaster [click on user and then your user # AND, for address changes, notify the Treasuer 

Report Squawks in the aircraft log AND via the web site www.foxflying.com. In case of problems that will inconvenience other pilots contact the crew chief, Maintenance Officer or a board member by telephone - don't just leave a message unless you're sure the message will be picked up. Also contact the next pilot(s).

Always remember that the Club is an organization of volunteers, not a FBO. Meet your obligations by volunteering, participating and being considerate of others.
